Here's an overview of our role:
In this role you will oversee the delivery of the FM (Facilities Management) contract in both contract and statutory compliance, ensuring delivery of the contract SLA’s / KPIs. In partnership with the contractor, you are responsible to foster and maintain a ‘win win’ relationship and will work collaboratively to conduct regular reviews against established targets, key performance indicators and benchmarks, highlighting any areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
With an extensive background in either Contract Management or Facilities Management, you support the critical path of success of the FM outsource provider by ensuring the contractor is closely connected to relevant Jemena information, and holds a clear understanding of Jemena operating metrics.
A little about you:
- Considerable Contract Management experience preferably on client side FM contracts
- Facilities Management involvement on property portfolio or multi-site environment
- Exposure to Facilities Management CMMS systems and data contained within
- Experience with forecasting and managing budgets controls (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) – Insourced Scope and Outsourced Scope
- Demonstrative knowledge navigating and understanding FM contractual and lease documents
- Ability to provide insights & analytics to develop robust reporting across the Groups’ Property Portfolio
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and you showcase the confidence, capability and prioritising skills to navigate competing demands of the various business groups
