About the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide analytical and functional support of Digital Workplace applications and processes that support the Jemena group.

There is a requirement for a solid foundation of technical knowledge and competency, the focus of this role is centred around functional skills to extract value from the groups Digital Workplace application stacks which include:

  • Communication and Collaboration Platforms.
  • Workplace Productivity Applications.
  • Content & Drawing management and applications
  • Endpoint Device Ecosystems Management.
  • Payroll & Specialist Applications Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with varied audiences and stakeholders across business, C-Level executive, Digital and Field Operations.
  • Experience in application support and administration of applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Delivering Digital support services in adherence with ITIL processes and guidelines.
  • Delivering support and training services specifically focused on ServiceNow implementation and development.

About you:

  • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and application lifecycle management
  • Understanding of utilities sector or other regulated / critical infrastructure industries.
  • Understanding of enterprise corporate business processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging Digital Workplace technologies and trends.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
