Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets.
About the role:
We are currently looking for a Project Officer to join our NSW team in a critical role that provides document management and general administration support to Project Managers, Project Teams and Project Delivery Services when required. This will include supporting Management, systems & administration of green energy focused projects and programs to deliver successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining, updating and administrating project/s documents management system (e.g. Aconex or Team Binder) inclusive of training
- Managing the retrieval and submission of controlled documents from vendor(s) and client(s) into the document management system and vice versa to ensure a single repository of information is maintained for each project.
- Maintaining the workflow register for documents and manage the review process including running reports for workflow documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance to contractual timeframes.
- Assisting Project Teams with tasks such as; organising deliveries, travel bookings, stationary orders, amenities management, archiving, meeting minutes, purchase orders, goods receipting and other general administrative duties as required to support the project/s
About you:
To be successful in this role your resume should demonstrate:
- Experience with administrative duties within an office context
- Experience within the construction industry and/or working with document management systems is preferred
- Foundation to Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications & SAP
- Time working autonomously and juggling multiple priorities without supervision and with sound judgement
- A full Class C driving license
