About the role
We are looking for a Trainee Business Support Officer to join our supportive team working out of our Heathwood depot.
We will provide you with on-the-job training and support and at the end of the program, the successful trainee will have completed all competencies for a Certificate III Business.
Key Responsibilities include
- In depth understanding of procurement, purchasing activities, policies and protocols
- Supplier and vendor relationship building and business information system(s)
- Understanding of financial methodologies
- Enable a good working knowledge of SAP
- Clear understanding of commercial practices within the Contracting Industry
- High data input speed and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities
About You
To be considered for a Traineeship you must have completed Year 11 and have a current drivers licence.
- High level of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft software
- Ability to communicate information at all levels of the organisation
