Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets.

About the role

We are looking for a Trainee Business Support Officer to join our supportive team working out of our Heathwood depot.

We will provide you with on-the-job training and support and at the end of the program, the successful trainee will have completed all competencies for a Certificate III Business.

Key Responsibilities include

  • In depth understanding of procurement, purchasing activities, policies and protocols
  • Supplier and vendor relationship building and business information system(s)
  • Understanding of financial methodologies
  • Enable a good working knowledge of SAP
  • Clear understanding of commercial practices within the Contracting Industry
  • High data input speed and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities

About You

To be considered for a Traineeship you must have completed Year 11 and have a current drivers licence.

  • High level of computer literacy and competence in Microsoft software
  • Ability to communicate information at all levels of the organisation
