An overview of our role:
We're looking for an experienced Testing Practice Lead, with extensive experience setting up and running a respected Testing Practice, to join our inclusive and diverse Digital team!
In this new and permanent opportunity, you'll guide a team of talented testers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. You'll own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Jemena's testing methods, practices, and tools, ensuring they are effectively applied at all stages of delivery. You'll also educate stakeholders and ensure high-quality testing outcomes for all projects.
A little about you:
- substantial experience in Testing & Quality practice management and
- leadership experience developing and guiding practice of testing
- proven experience in leading large functions within a matrix structure or complex change programs
- demonstrated ability to deliver time-critical work under broad direction, in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- ability to work collaboratively, with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Qualifications / certifications & Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in Testing, project management or a related field
- experience in the energy and/or infrastructure industry is desirable but not essential
- superior written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders at a range of levels – including c-suite executives
- ability to understand complex technical information and interpret it for a range of audiences
- Agile & Waterfall Delivery Method, DevOps, ITIL
