About the role:
The CT Metering Officer role is accountable for the overall end to end process of the Jemena CT Metering Connection processes. They will be across the end-to-end process of receiving and completing customer connection requests for CT metering connections.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End to end CT metering connection process.
- Receive customer requests to New Supply, Increase Supply and Alteration of CT metering connections on the Jemena Electricity Network (JEN)
- Engage with the Zinfra JNS team to monitor the new connection pipeline of works.
- Understand the Electricity Distribution (ED) regulatory framework for customer connection requests.
- Manage the relationship between the Group and our customers.
- Manage the relationship with JEN contestable metering partner (Mondo)
- Resolve all customer escalations relating to CT metering connections.
- Drive operational efficiencies in the CT metering end to end process.
About you:
- Strong understanding of SAP
- Understanding of the JEN portal functionality
- End to end understanding of the CIC & Connections process
- Utilities industry experience including ability to understand technical and regulatory specifications
- Understand and apply relevant Industry Standards and technical requirements across the energy industry
