The Opportunity
Role Purpose:
Manage an assigned Channel Partner (John Deere dealers) account base to assist in the analysis, measurement and support of initiatives to achieve an inventory balance between dealer profitability and parts availability.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver Core deliverables - Monthly Performance review, Quarterly tactical plan review, Annual Parts Business review.
- Provide recommendations and influence channel partners to utilize inventory management best practices to achieve Strategic goals.
- Provide ongoing execution assistance, analytics, advice and feedback to dealership management and Deere partners to achieve goals and objectives.
- Manage strategic relationships within dealer organizations, demonstrate mastery of and utilise all elements of tools provided by John Deere including JDPrism.

With a strong analytical skills and ability to influence without authority, you are an energetic self-starter who is an excellent team player who takes pride in their work and their working environment.

Education / Experience:
University degree in Marketing/Business/Management will be highly regarded.
