This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong influence, commercial acumen, and the ability to connect technology, service value, and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Deere aftermarket service marketing strategy, driving growth across connected service solutions, digital service platforms, customer self service and repair enablement, and equipment lifecycle offerings.

You will bring:

  • Experience translating strategy into clear, dealer ready marketing programs
  • Comfort working with connected services, digital tools, and technical value propositions
  • A detailed mindset to prioritise what matters most
  • The ability to influence and collaborate across teams without formal authority

  • Confidence collaborating across marketing, sales, training, and support teams
  • A calm, adaptable approach and comfort working in continuous change
  • A genuine interest in improving customer uptime, dealer profitability, and lifecycle value
  • A future focused mindset, thinking beyond today’s solutions!

You’re driven by impact — helping dealers succeed, supporting technicians, and shaping how service value is delivered today and into the future.
