This is a 12-month contract role based in our Macquarie Park office.
Responsibilities:
Support our valued customers’ enquiries by proving exceptional customer service while identifying their needs and working to solve them promptly
Maintenance scheduling and day-to-day coordination of Service Technician activities
Manage installations and service call enquiries
Ensure contract KPI’s are met in accordance with existing customer agreements
Inventory management and parts ordering for service jobs
Create service-on-demand jobs and warranty claims
Update ServiceMax with job-related information and closure
Create and issue purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers
Accurate data entry for all customer invoicing and job updates
Activities relating to invoices and rectification and credit notes
What we look for:
Experience in a medium-high volume and fast paced customer service or admin role
Ability to pick up the phone and strive to solve issues promptly
Customer centric, empathetic, patient and understanding demeanour
Experience using ServiceMax or similar service software platform
High level of experience in MS Office software including Outlook, Teams and Excel
Ability to work effectively within a team and or independently
Security License preferred, or ability to obtain
