We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join as our Head of New Product and Platform Development. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the network while also driving the strategic direction and growth of our platform and product offerings. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Liink’s future, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Platform strategy for Liink in alignment with the vision and business objectives of the organization.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and drive the innovation agenda to create differentiated and market-leading product offerings.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners. Collaborate closely to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, risk management, compliance, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of platform initiatives. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure and monitor the platform's performance. Develop actionable insights from data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, achieve informed decision-making, and deliver measurable results.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in product management, consulting or related roles
- Proven product management experience working across functional groups
- Client empathy and experience guiding product direction based on client pain-points and needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a client facing and / or technology focused role where business experience and technical acumen was combined
- Able to work under pressure, competing priorities and deadlines; Navigate unexpected roadblocks with ease
- Excellent team player and ability to collaborate across multiple functional and business groups
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience developing data-driven platforms and launching new applications and services
- Experience working in payments, AI/ML and data driven networks
