About The Role
This is a highly impactful role supporting communications within Kinetic IT. This role will straddle both a holistic and operational focus.
Within this role you will play a pivotal position working closely with executives and key internal stakeholders to advise, develop and implement effective communication strategies, plans and collateral to drive engagement and alignment of our workforce. Leverage enterprise messaging channels, platforms and physical engagement opportunities to connect crew to the Kinetic IT purpose, direction, performance, and outcomes, delivering value and raising engagement via corporate communications

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver the internal communications strategy, connecting crew to business strategy, priorities and key organisational messages.
  • Own the annual internal communications agenda, including corporate and account Town Halls, roadshows, corporate updates, crew feedback and key dates.
  • Partner with Account Directors and key stakeholders to understand communication needs and build strong, trusted relationships across the business.
  • Develop and deliver communications for key projects, initiatives, campaigns and stakeholder activities.
  • Create, curate and distribute engaging content across internal communication channels, including Viva Engage, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Support corporate and account Town Halls, developing presentations, key messages and supporting communications.
  • Partner with senior leaders to strengthen communication capability, consistency and accountability.
  • Manage communications during critical incidents, ensuring timely, clear and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate across the business and with external partners on communications, events, marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Measure and improve communication impact, using data to assess channel reach, engagement and effectiveness.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Proven track record in a communications role
  • Experience understanding strategy from a business wide lens as well as more operational
  • Extensive presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management up to C suite level
  • Understanding of both strategy and operational comms support
  • Systems experience: PowerPoint, Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams and AI
  • Tactical planning
  • Project Management
  • Resource Coordination
