The Role

Knight Frank Newcastle & Central Coast are looking for applicants for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator rolebased in our Parry Street Office, Newcastle West. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will report to the Associate Director - Marketing, and closely support the Sales & Leasing team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in the property industry, wanting to flex their creative skills, with high attention to detail and a passion for quality outcomes.

The successful applicant will be expected to offer daily operational and administrative support to the Sales & Leasing team as well as offer marketing support to assist in the delivery of the overall marketing strategy.

Key Tasks

  • Action requests for collateral, entering copy into existing templates and maintenance of individual marketing material for clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Leasing team under the guidance of the Associate Director – Marketing, on the creation, execution and analysis of digital campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Build promotional materials and assets using Adobe InDesign
  • Management of content execution, active participation, outreach and monitoring of conversations across key social media channels, specifically LinkedIn as a priority – both for company and directors’ profiles.
  • The creation, distribution and amplification of content (often technical in nature) that features on Knight Frank Newcastle & Central Coasts marketing channels. This includes websites, blogs, social media, advertising and email marketing.
  • Offer hands-on support to the Sales & Leasing team, create automation and develop and refine policies and procedures.
  • Represent the business in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organisation’s core values.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in property, residential or commercial or a solid understanding of the Real Estate Industry
  • Previous experience working in a marketing role is highly advantageous
  • Someone Creative (Graphic Design, Photography) with a demonstrated ability using Adobe InDesign
  • The ability be proactive and to work independently – and know when to ask the right questions when required
  • A strong work ethic with excellent organisational skills
  • A commitment to high quality outcomes
  • Initiative, drive, and flexibility
  • The confidence to use creative license to produce engaging content
