The role:
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the data entry function of the Accounts Payable team.
The successful candidate will hold strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Daily processing of invoices
- Support and respond to email queries from internal and external stakeholders, notably clients
- Ensure all work is conducted in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy
- Support the Accounts Payable Team with data entry and other tasks where required
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Be an effective, helpful, flexible and collaborative team member
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable environment
- MRI experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Customer service focused
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Proven ability to take initiative, identify issues and deliver timely solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging and complex situations
- Problem solving skills
