The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team in the Hobart office.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Residential properties on behalf of Knight Frank clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including clients, tenants and contractors
- Managing residential property in line with lease agreements and legislative requirements
- Administrative tasks involved in managing residential property
Who are we looking for:
- A Property Representative Licence (or ability to get one soon)
- Previous experience in residential property management / property industry an advantage but not essential
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Experience in the use of Microsoft packages
- A current drivers licence
