What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated track record in a Leadership/Supervisory role within a similar industry
- Preferably possess a trade background with knowledge of Komatsu machinery
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experienced in working with enterprise resource planning systems such as Dynamics AX and SAP
