Key Duties Include:

  • Coordinating technicians and agreed customer works in support of Service Managers and Supervisors.
  • Regularly reviewing and acting on machine service and defect reports.
  • Preparing repair quotes and maintaining clear communication lines with customers.
  • Ensuring all service activities align with environmental and OH&S regulations.
  • Monitoring performance gaps and recommending staff training initiatives.
  • Ensuring timely handling of customer complaints and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Trade/Parts or 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in planning/project scheduling and parts interpretation
  • The ability to interpret mechanical and engineering general arrangement drawings
  • A strong understanding of quality procedures, engineering standards and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Project, and Dynamics
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • An assertive, enthusiastic, and confident "can-do" attitude
  • A talent for developing tendersand quotations, reviewing tender packages and preparing estimates and tender schedules
