The Opportunity:
As the Regional Key Account Manager will see you play an integral role within our Western Region.
Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, this role is to ensure continual improvement in the delivery of services and ensuring that key clients’ needs are met by ensuring the implementation of value creation objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to develop an account management plan, build trusted relationships with our customers by becoming a trusted advisor.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day communication with your account with greater responsibility to manage customer communication at all the levels.
- You will be responsible to develop our customer to become a strategic partner, discovering new opportunities & work together to create & deliver value both short-term & long-term strategies.
- You will be responsible to develop and demonstrate different approaches to meet different demands across customers different business units.
- You will be responsible as a leader to work with different business units internally and negotiate best possible solutions to our customers.
- You will be responsible for value-based growth in parts and service sales.
- Compiling reports on warranty cases, claims and reimbursement process.
- Preventing and reducing disputed WIP via assisting the Finance Department in the resolution of outstanding debts
- Lead aftermarket marketing initiatives
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships

What we are looking for:
- Exceptional Customer Service/Customer Experience skills
- Demonstrated equipment knowledge with an OEM
- Ability to liaise & communicate effectively with senior leadership with key clients' organisations in a professional manner
- Ability to review existing systems, procedures, work practices, job roles and responsibilities, develop and implement initiatives that improve service operations, efficiencies and effectiveness
- Ability to understand systems, processes and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour, asset utilisation, customer and employee satisfactions
- Ability to identify business opportunities, develop and implement actions that capture this opportunity
- Ability to develop strategic long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy
- Ability to do grow long term revenue by value based selling
