The Opportunity:
The purpose of this position is to provide detailed reporting and analytics of data for all business activities related to the National Customer Support Centre. Reporting is to be focused around providing value for both internal and external customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, resourcing measures in business processes and increased efficiencies.
Role Located: Fairfield
Salary: $85-95k per annum

What we are looking for:
- High-Level MS Excel experience with a proven ability to create formulas, macros, reports and any other complex Excel related tasks.
- Experience or some exposure to Power BI is desirable but not essential if a quick learner
- High aptitude for understanding and learning new software packages, and the ability to understand end business processes is essential.
- Strong Problem-Solving skills with experience of formal problem-solving methodology
- The ability to design, define and implement solutions to different customer groups
- Ability to engage & partner with stakeholders, build trust and find effective and sustainable solutions
- Proven experience of driving and delivering continuous improvement within the business
- Adaptable – demonstrates high level of flexibility in working methods and willingness to try new work methods and ability to apply skills and knowledge into different and varied work areas
- Analytical mindset-breaking larger tasks into smaller user stories
- Dynamics processing knowledge
