The Opportunity:
This role is based in our Mudgee branch providing administrative support to our parts, service and sales teams. We are looking for a someone with a great attitude who is keen to work in a dynamic and busy environment. You will need to have the ability to learn new computer systems and programs and have an attention to detail and willingness to help the team as required.
Reporting to the Parts and Service Coordinator, in this role you will be responsible for branch payroll and administration tasks such as HSE plans, training, inductions and contractor management. You will also assist with invoicing and customer account management, travel bookings, service scheduling and maintenance of the safety management system as well as phone and face to face customer service.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent time management skills while being a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Customer service experience with a pleasant and efficient personal and telephone manner.
- Experience with payroll
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Had previous experience in a similar position
- Car license
