The Opportunity:

This role will play an integral part in ensuring that our offices, workshops, and fleet are kept in line with regulatory, statutory, and business requirements.
This position will be employed on a permanent full-time basis and situated in our Fairfield HQ with parking available on-site.
The successful candidate will be supplied with a tool of trade vehicle as this position will undertake regular travel across our 7 Branches in NSW, including regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for maintaining the master register to ensure branches are conducting regular maintenance and audits of assets to business and regulatory requirements are inline.
- Pro-actively identifying and raising any repairs to relevant stakeholders.
- Corresponding with third party suppliers and engaging contractors for works to be completed and following up to ensure these are completed to satisfaction.
- Assist with tender documents which are to be sent to contractors and compare costs required for all goods and services to achieve maximum value for money.
- Management of the NSW Motor Vehicle Fleet Audits this includes inspections and compliances with our Lease Guidelines
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure we are improving our waste disposal programs through recycling and doing everything possible to limit environmental impact.
- Raising purchase orders for third party contractors and suppliers

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience, ideally 2 + years in a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator or similar position
- Previous experience working with facilities that encompass distribution centres, workshops and or warehouses.
- Sound knowledge of facilities infrastructure including water, sewerage, plumbing and electrical
- An understanding of HSE and WHS policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to prepared professional reports and documentation for presentation.
- Strong skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and time management skill
