The Opportunity:
As a Demonstrator Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging demonstrations and handover training sessions for our machinery to both internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers and partners fully understand and can effectively utilise our offerings.
Your responsibilities will include conducting new machine familiarisation training, demonstrating equipment features and performance, training clients on equipment features and functions, assessing machine application performance, assisting with industry shows and machine movements for company events, assessing equipment performance against competitors, troubleshooting equipment , offering continuous support on product usage and best practices, staying up to date with industry trends and product updates, and working closely with product development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.

What we are looking for:
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment.
- Suitable skills and RII qualifications in the operation of earthmoving equipment.
- Current drivers license.
- Proven experience in a training or demonstrator role would be highly regarded.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
