We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager for our ACT business. You will be in an autonomous position, driving the sales growth for the Modernisation business within the region. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the excellent service for our existing accounts and developing stronger partnerships. There will be some business development involved in the position.

Your success in the role will ultimately by measured by the loyalty of the customers you are accountable for, maximizing revenue and growing our customer base across the region.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Monitor account performance and identifying opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Are you the one?

  • 5 years experience in a similar role, with proven success in account management, sales management or business development role

  • Lift Industry experience is desirable but not essential

  • Technical sales experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels

  • Proactive sales approach & customer focus

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
