Our work will take you in different directions
We are looking for a Delivery Operations Development Manager join our Delivery Operations team based in Mascot, NSW. You will support Delivery Operations management in driving project delivery and installation performance.
What will you be doing?
- Analyses current performance, providing input for prioritization and roadmapping of development initiatives and managing development projects
- Convert analysis to improve operational capabilities and performance in line with global development roadmaps
- Leading and coaching Delivery Operations teams in NSW/ACT in correct execution of processes and use of related tools
- Collaborating actively with relevant stakeholders, area and global functions to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
- Accuracy of financial planning and forecasting within the region
- Working closely with local teams to set targets and improve operational performance
- Enhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policies
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field desired
- Prior working experience within the elevator industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of ERP or other reporting solutions software
- Business partnering and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Resilient, agile and persevering approach
- Strong relationship management skills and experience
