We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our New Building Solutions Sales team in Brisbane, QLD.
This person will support the Sales Manager by performing sales administration tasks.
What will you be doing?
Provide administrative support to the New Building Solutions Sales team
Engage in project invoicing and billing management
Input data and process sales records in Salesforce
Manage sales inquiries for New Building Solutions
Assist the sales team with contract and administration tasks
Formalise handover from sales to operations in conjunction with sales team
Liaise internally with sales, legal & operational stakeholders
Assist operations with customer drawing approval including interior selections
Chair sales meetings and take the minutes
What are we looking for?
Experience working in a Sales Support position within the building services industry
Excellent communication skills with ability to work on cross-functional teams
Salesforce experience is an advantage
Experience engaging in legal conversations an advantage
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
