Right now, our Major Projects team in Brisbane is growing.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to take ownership of complex, high‑value projects, work with industry‑leading technology, and be part of a close‑knit team that genuinely backs each other.
In this role, you will manage Major Projects across Brisbane and Northern QLD, partnering with Tier 1 clients and many others to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will be part of the New Building Solutions (NBS) team — known for their strong culture, high standards, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Note: While this role focuses on Major Projects, you may occasionally manage projects outside the Major Projects portfolio.
What will you be doing?
Leading with safety first, driving a proactive safety culture and ensuring every project meets KONE’s industry‑leading standards
Owning the customer experience, building strong relationships and keeping clients and subcontractors aligned, informed, and confident
Being the leader people want to follow, motivating your team, clearing obstacles, and creating an environment where high performance is the norm
Running the commercial heartbeat of your projects, managing contracts, financials, forecasting, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes
Driving improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, lift performance, and strengthen the Major Projects function
What are we looking for?
Experience managing complex projects in commercial environments
Lift industry experience (desired but not essential)
A resilient, solutions‑focused and safety conscious mindset
Relevant tertiary qualifications (highly desirable)
A globally recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (highly desirable)
A valid Australian driver’s licence
Strong communication and training skills
