KONE is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead our South Australian business.

The Branch Manager holds full accountability for branch performance, including P&L, safety, customer satisfaction, and growth. You will lead a team of over 40, technicians, sales and support staff. This will oversee a significant amount of individual elevator and escalators split across new building, service and modernisation of the business.

While this role has a strong general management focus, it does lean toward the commercial side of the business, requiring a leader who is confident driving revenue, building customer partnerships and utilsing the strong market presence for continued growth.

About You

Proven experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, or senior operational leader
Technical expertise is not required, however, experience leading technical or service‑based teams is highly regarded.
Strong commercial and sales leadership capability
Experience in construction, property services, or a similar service‑based environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams in a complex, multi‑disciplinary business
Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills
A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
