KONE is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead our South Australian business.

The Branch Manager holds full accountability for branch performance, including P&L, safety, customer satisfaction, and growth. You will lead a team of over 40, technicians, sales and support staff. This will oversee a significant amount of individual elevator and escalators split across new building, service and modernisation of the business.

While this role has a strong general management focus, it does lean toward the commercial side of the business, requiring a leader who is confident driving revenue, building customer partnerships and utilsing the strong market presence for continued growth.

About You

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, or senior operational leader

  • Technical expertise is not required, however, experience leading technical or service‑based teams is highly regarded.

  • Strong commercial and sales leadership capability

  • Experience in construction, property services, or a similar service‑based environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams in a complex, multi‑disciplinary business

  • Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills

  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
