We are seeking 2 dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our Sales Teams based in Brisbane, QLD. One Sales Manager will lead the Modernisation Sales Team and other will lead the Service Sales Team.

Our Sales Managers will set and execute both short-term and long-term sales and customer relationship strategies that align with business objectives. They will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team and driving excellence through continuous development and effective sales execution.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships

  • Lead a team of motivated and driven sales professionals

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts

  • Ensure your team are meeting sales targets and margins are within KONE guidelines

  • Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders

  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting

  • Engage in continues improvement activities

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated sales management experience, within a fast-paced commercial environment

  • Previous experience building a high performing sales culture

  • A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus

  • Highly motivated with ability to lead, engage and mentor a team – a people first mentality

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • A data driven mindset

  • Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing
