- Researching, evaluating and implementing state-of-the-art AI models, tools and techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Ensuring AI solutions are robust, scalable and production-ready through monitoring, optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
- Analysing large and complex datasets to support AI model training, validation and insight generation.
- Rigorously testing and refining prompts and AI outputs to ensure quality, relevance and contextual accuracy.
- Working across teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services in line with business objectives.
- Documenting AI models, prompt engineering approaches, best practices and outcomes to share learning and lift capability.
- Actively participating in agile ceremonies, experimentation and OKR-driven delivery.
- Building AI solutions that are compliant, ethical and aligned with Liberty’s risk and governance frameworks.
Enough about us, lets talk about you
- You’re passionate about applying AI in practical, responsible ways to deliver business outcomes.
- You enjoy solving complex problems using data, experimentation and evidence-based decision making.
- You’re comfortable working with AI models, prompt engineering, data analysis and automation in real-world environments.
- You understand the importance of risk, governance, PII and compliance when working with AI and data.
- You thrive in an agile, collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally.
