The opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented operations rock star. You will be taking charge of all facets of lending operations support. You will enjoy variety in a role that allows you to demonstrate a strong customer service ethic, provide great attention to detail, while being able to learn and thrive in a dynamic team environment. You’ll work closely with our lending specialists and report to the Client Services Team Leader.
What you day will look like
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the daily payments process
- Manage regular customer reminders and alerts
- Answer inbound calls, answer any questions they may have and help educate customers about consumer lending
- Prompt actioning of customer requests regarding their MoneyPlace loan
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors to ensure customer accounts are actioned accordingly
- From time to time, support the broader business in initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
About You
- The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in consumer finance operations
- A track record of providing quality customer service with a solid phone manner
- Comfortable working in a paperless office environment
- Awesome computer skills, including an adept user of Excel
- Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments would be an advantage
- Familiarity with SalesForce systems would be an advantage.
