Are you a free thinker? Are you ready to help create, shape and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns? Our Marketing and Communications department are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and establish a specialised digital function within the team.

This permanent opportunity reports into the Chief Marketing Officer, working within our Marketing and Communications department, and will engage with all business units, as well as external stakeholders and service providers.

As a free-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist, you are:

  • Hands on digital marketing experience, worked agency side or within the Finance Industry (lending experience),
  • Experience in search engine marketing & optimisation and can bring those skills in-house,
  • Contribute to the successful execution of all paid traffic acquisition activities,
  • Adept at liaising with internal stakeholders and external SEO & SEM agencies to optimise ongoing effort and investment,
  • Provide strategic support for our broader marketing team to build engaging lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive high-value behaviours, help reduce churn and increase lifetime value,
  • Experience in establishing and reporting on dashboards to help monitor department performance against set objectives and key results, and
  • Highly curious, with attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
