Our Facilities team is busy (but we love it!). We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on the hustle, keep things running smoothly, and contribute to the great work our team is known for.
What you day may look like:
As a Facilities Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office operations on track and supporting our awesome team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll help with everything from service calls to cleaning, stock management, and lots of other office support tasks.
- Handling service calls and making sure issues are resolved quickly.
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and stocked with everything we need.
- Helping out with admin tasks and general office support.
- Staying on top of your daily responsibilities and ensuring deadlines are met.
Your skills and attributes will include:
- Experience providing great customer service
- Attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Accountability on daily tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
