The Maritime Cargo and Construction division has a great opportunity for an experienced electrical technician. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of; safe, efficient and compliant electrical diagnostic, maintenance and component replacements services to the Maritime Crane Division’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical systems, electronics and components of Liebherr Maritime Cranes
- Carry out maintenance and adjustment on electrical systems, electronics and components in the field and workshop on Liebherr Maritime Cranes
- Carry out diagnostics/examinations using specialised tools and equipment
- Exchange electrical components, electronic assemblies and electrical wiring on Liebherr Maritime Cranes
- Liaising with the factory to resolve technical concerns.
- Monitoring and analysis on equipment performance
- Deliver training associated with technical information.
- Support of commissioning jobs
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
About you
- Relevant electrotechnology qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months experience, preferably working with both Construction & Harbour Mobile Machines
- Relevant electrical licence
- Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hold a current driver’s license.
