The Position
You’ll partner with our leaders as part of our People team and will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for our current/projected recruitment needs. We are passionate about cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent to ensure Infrastructure has the best team “on-board” for our exciting work ahead.
Responsibilities
A snapshot of responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment process for Infrastructure, from understanding their workforce planning needs and designing sourcing strategy through to the offer of employment
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner – Infrastructure in developing Talent Acquisition strategies in a competitive environment
- Canvas the market to create candidate shortlists that meet the agreed campaign brief, future needs of the business and Metro diversity aspirations
- Coach and guide hiring managers to demonstrate best practices through the recruitment and selection lifecycle and ensure compliance with Metro processes and practices
About You
You're an experienced, dynamic and passionate talent specialist looking for your next challenge. You’ll love working with the business to deliver exceptional outcomes and always be looking for how we can improve what we do.
Ideally, you will possess relevant recruitment experience in a variety of working environments and industry sectors bringing with you a good understanding of the complexities, opportunities and challenges we face in the work we love to do.
