About the Role
The Southern Program Alliance (SPA)is currently seeking an experienced Project Safety, Environment, Risk & Quality (SERQ) Manager to champion the strategic leadership and direction in the development implementation and continuous improvement of the Southern Program Alliance (SPA) Project SERQ Plan.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Stakeholder Engagement across the portfolio and MTM Enterprise
- Monitor and report on SERQ performance across the SPA Projects portfolio
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for the SPA SERQ team and build capability
About You
- Professional qualifications in OH&S or a related discipline or demonstrable senior leadership professional experience
- Experience leading teams and creating a strong ‘One Team’ culture
- Ability to deliver on strategic SERQ plans and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined stakeholders and organisations
- Passionate about safety in the rail industry and effecting long lasting change
