ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join our Network Assets and Assurance division.
Salary - $90,000.00 inclusive of superannuation
Role Location - 700 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC 3008
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Talent Acquisition team through effective administration and coordination of day-to-day activities across the division.
- Provide strong administration support through the recruitment life cycle - advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, phone screens, interview bookings, pre-employment checks such as medicals, references, police checks and onboarding activities
- Work closely with the TA Manager and TA leads to coordinate and support Divisional Initiatives and campaigns (Includes International recruitment campaigns, interstate moves)
- Support adherence to MTM standards, policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition and promote company strategies, priorities, culture, mission, and values.
- Assist the TA Manager with collating data for reporting purposes
ABOUT YOU
- Secondary school certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in recruitment, talent management or HR environment preferred
- A proven track record in successfully delivering accurate and timely high volume recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.
- Be solutions focussed and proactive with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt and manage changing business requirements.
- System and software savvy (Use of SuccessFactors, Page Up, Seek, LinkedIn is advantageous)
