We are currently looking for a dynamic Learning Management Ecosystem Administrator to support the Metro Academy and wider MTM business through the administration of the Learning Management Ecosystem.
You will provide exceptional customer service by supporting LME users, responding to queries and support requests via email and phone, troubleshooting problems in consultation with system configuration specialist.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Perform administrative tasks, reporting and cyclical review configurations and support, uploading and testing of learning and assessment content.
- Support training and development of users and administrators across the Metro business and external customers to facilitate relevant ongoing knowledge management, transfer and retention. Build and maintain competency in systems used by partner administrators.
- Assist to build system capability by supporting continuous improvement processes ensuring realisation of system benefits.
- Support System Configuration Specialist with system enhancements and testing version updates.
- Support the Education Services Manager through subject matter expertise in learning and student management system administration
- Provide guidance to stakeholders in system management, support competency management standards with business units to further enhance their needs.
About You
- Certificate IV in Training & development or the ability to acquire (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Advanced MS Excel skills and intermediate MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills
- Experience in software applications including Visio, Sharepoint, Adobe and Microsoft Teams.
- Substantial experience providing support and resolution of system queries, across multiple business areas in a large organisation
- A strong team player who strives to enhance best practice work methods and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & written with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised High level of accuracy
