ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Test Lead, you will be expected to autonomously prepare and execute testing activities on assigned projects. The role will ensure thorough analysis of testing requirements, development and execution of test cases and scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage of testing against project requirements, and solution design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis of testing requirements, completing testability analysis and contribute to drafting of requirements traceability matrix for projects or BAU initiatives

Contribute to creation of the Project Test Strategy / Test Approach / Test Plan

Maintaining and updating regression test suite for projects

Creation of manual Test Cases and Test Execution using Xray / JIRA

Working in close collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including vendor resources, to agree on ways of working and deliver executed outcomes
ABOUT YOU
-
Tertiary studies with a suitable IT, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
-
Preferably ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Test Analyst certified, or other equivalent industry certification
-
Industry experience as a Senior Test Analyst/Test Analyst (at least 5+ years) working for a medium to large sized and cross functional testing team
-
A highly motivated individual with a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new application functionalities and technologies to enhance testing design and coverage
-
Exposure to MTM systems and or train control systems, railway IT infrastructure and technologies (highly desirable)

Prior project experience within Crew Rostering or transportation, especially railway (highly desirable)

Demonstrated experience working experience with Waterfall, Agile and/or other delivery methodologies
