To keep this momentum going, we are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us in doing ‘all things recruitment’ and more, based in our Docklands office. This is a max term contract for unitl July 2024. The role will be supporting our close-knit team who are doing an amazing job in forging and sustaining relationships with our stakeholders by working on a variety of roles and recruitment campaigns, with customer care as the driving principle.
What you’ll do
You’ll be wearing multiple hats in this role - challenging yet exciting!
- A specialist administrator to your team: assisting with drafting and posting job advertisements across the infrastructure business. You will also help to source and screen candidates for various roles when required.
- Candidate care: This is of prime importance to us which is where your relationship building skills come in - interacting with candidates and liaise with internal stakeholders in scheduling interviews where required.
- Data oriented: collect and analyse data to help us make agile decisions for recruitment projects.
- Projects and presentations: Create bespoke candidate comms such as information guides, present the data you’ve collected in an engaging format, help organise logistics for any recruitment events and more.
- Support the team with brainstorming ideas and execution of events planning in the recruitment and community outreach space.
- Opportunity to attend events and contribute to building brand awareness and partnerships.
- Continuous improvement of team documentation maintenance, bringing “best practice” and innovation to the way we do things.
