.ABOUT THE ROLE
The People Experience Co-ordinator is a key role that supports the General Manager People Experience and the People Experience Leadership Team which includes People Process & Systems, Workplace Relations and Injury Management, Talent, Diversity, Wellbeing & Engagement.
Based at 700 Collins Street, this full time permanent opportunity is your chance to support programs and initiatives across a diverse portfolio, contributing significantly to governance, consistency, and effective reporting of the PEX team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and coordinate the content for Metro’s People Hub page on The Depot.
- Manage the People Calendar for the enterprise.
- Coordinate and manage team events, initiatives, priorities, and the development of collateral for activities and programs for the department.
- Support the coordination and compilation of data for reports and dashboards across all areas of PEX
- Coordinate and assist in managing budgets relating to the function to ensure it is kept within the stated parameters. Including, managing expenses, purchase orders and credit cards.
- Diary Management for General Manager People Experience and Leadership Team.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualifications in HR or relevant business courses preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to persuade and negotiate with stakeholders thereby building trusting relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to review data and present it in a format that tells a story to the business.
- Proficient in preparing engaging presentations and documents to support people initiatives.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
