A quick word on the roster:3:1 means more days on site per swing than a 2:1& more days on site is what turns into more hours, more shift allowance, and a bigger pay packet at the end of the swing. Less time cycling through airports, more time earning. If you've been chasing 2:1 out of habit, it's worth doing the math's on what 3:1 actually puts in your pocket.
