About the Opportunity:

Your new role at MinRes Air will have you being responsible for managing the check-in procedures and ensuring efficient and effective customer service at the airport terminal. You will oversee a team of check-in agents and ensure that all passengers are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Your day can have you starting at 3 am, welcomed with a coffee and breakfast on the house. You will undergo fit for work checks and a prestart meeting with the team, have an overview of the day and delegate tasks to the team. You will be on a rotating roster doing early shifts and late shifts where this will be rotated every 2 weeks.

What you’ll bring in skills and qualifications:

• Dangerous goods awareness.
• Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate
• Must hold and maintain a current C Class manual driver’s license (MR/HR desirable)
• Previous experience in airline check-in operations or related customer service role.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Familiarity with Perth airport procedures.
• Proficiency in using computerised check-in systems and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
