What you can expect from this opportunity
As we embark on our 2025 Strategy, our Melbourne Technology Consulting team is growing, and we are looking for driven Senior Managers and Directors to join our practice.
You will bring your experience in a client facing advisory role, either in-house, or in a consulting environment, with experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Technology and Digital Strategy Development
- IT Operating Model Design and Transformation
- IT Mergers and Acquisition Advisory
- IT Service Management
- IT Program Management including Project Management, Transition and Organisational Change Management
- Agile Delivery and Advisory
- IT Business Management and Cost Optimisation
- Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management
More About You
We welcome applications from candidates who have demonstratable experience in:
- Overseeing a portfolio of client engagements and managing a team of professionals to help clients overcome organisational challenges and achieve business outcomes through our technology offerings.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders during the course of each engagement and post engagement.
- Delivering high quality client experiences through client interactions and deliverables including presentations and documented artefacts (e.g reports)
- Analytical thinking to address business and technology problems
- Distilling and synthesising complex information into simple and concise outputs
- Facilitating workshops to elicit information, test hypothesis and navigate critical business and technology decisions
- Leading sales and proposal development activities to support the growth of the business.
- Mentoring and developing team members
Professional Background
- Undergraduate degree, preferably within Information Technology, Business Management / Commerce, Finance, or Law.
- At least 8 – 15 years + experience working in a consulting environment with a focus on technology
- Experience and interest in understanding enterprise technologies and technology trends, and a thirst for knowledge whilst seeking out innovative solutions.
- Experience managing stakeholders with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
