- Seeking casual certificate III qualified early childhood professionals to work flexibly in Council managed Childcare and Kindergarten services
- Provide your availability and work across our services delivering high quality education and care to our youngest community members
- Salary commencing at $44.26 inclusive of 25% casual loading per hour plus 11.5% superannuation
As a casual certificate III qualified educator, you will:
- Inspire and engage our youngest community members through play-based childcare and kindergarten programs
- Work collaboratively with passionate teams of highly experienced early childhood professionals
- Build professional connections with families and community services to ensure the best quality of education and care is delivered
- Be a key member of our early years team, ensuring the smooth running of our childcare and kindergarten programs
- Work flexibly and be responsive to our kindergarten and childcare administration teams
- Be committed to professional development and eagerness to learn and grow as an educator within our services
- Ensure the safety of children in our care, working in line with the child safe standards, national quality framework and curriculum framework
About you:
- Hold an ACECQA approved certificate III qualification
- Hold a valid employee working with children check
- Hold a current first aid and CPR training certificate
- Up to date child protection certificate
- Great communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
- Willingness to travel to services across the Moonee Valley municipality
- Responsiveness to short notice shift requests
