The Opportunity
This is a casual position working as an instructor at the Essendon Traffic School. This requires an energetic, motivated and personable individual who has experience working with young people and sound customer service skills.
The successful candidate will ensure the conditions of the facilities and equipment are safe to use, and that patrons are using the facility appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Taking eftpos payments from customers attending public sessions
- Assisting children in finding bikes and helmets to suit
- Bike maintenance: pumping up tyres, adjusting seat levels
- Demonstrate road safety training
- Accountable for overseeing the traffic school public sessions and ensuring that children are adequately supervised by primary carers and abiding by safety rules.
