Your Opportunity
Based in Adelaide and reporting to the HR Business Partner Australia, you will be part of the Adelaide executive team, while also being connected in as part our Australian HR team and wider regional and global HR community.

With the chance to guide and deliver on HR outcomes aligned with our global, regional and local initiatives, you'll be involved in:

  • Implementing HR annual activities, projects and strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Role modelling and actively contributing to our equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for people matters to employees and leaders alike.

About You:
You'll be someone who is approachable, proactive and has a constructive voice to influence positive outcomes and minimise risks. Some essentials to be successful:
Demonstrated experience working as a Senior HR Advisor
Experience providing timely and accurate HR guidance to employees, Line Managers and the local leadership team.

  • Pride in delivering a quality service to your internal clients to roll out HR initiatives across Adelaide, working alongside the wider Australia HR team including Mobility, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills, comfortable to liaise with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally working as part of a country, regional and/or global team.
  • Understanding of compensation.
