Your opportunity

Our Transport sector is seeking a Road and Highways Manager, WA to manage and work on Iconic Australian west coast, and interstate-based projects such as the North-South corridor in Adelaide, and continue building our pipeline of projects locally.

This is a great opportunity to build your roads and highways team from the ground up and really make your mark with Mott MacDonald and within the Western Australia market. A role where you have the scope to set up your own structure, and team and do it your way, doing it right.

As a member of the Transport Management Team in Western Australia, you will also be an inspirational and motivational leader, who is passionate about inspiring and developing your people to realise their potential through project and client leadership and demonstrating exemplary technical service.

About you

You're an experienced project and/or design engineer with a reputable presence in the industry and bring a wealth of experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring your team, identifying opportunities with relevant governmental agencies, and contracting clients, leading bids, writing proposals, and winning work. At this level, you can showcase a history of experience in the design of road and highway projects.
