Your opportunity

Our Transport sector is seeking a Roads and Highways Manager, VIC to manage and work on Iconic Australian East Coast, and interstate-based projects such as the North-South corridor in Adelaide, and continue building on our strong pipeline of opportunities locally.

As a member of the Transport Management Team in Victoria, you will also be an inspirational and motivational leader, who is passionate about inspiring and developing your people to realise their potential through project and client leadership and demonstrating exemplary technical service.

About you

You're an experienced project and/or design engineer with a reputable presence in the industry and bring a wealth of experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring your team, identifying opportunities with relevant governmental agencies, and contracting clients, leading bids, writing proposals, and winning work. At this level, you can showcase a history of experience in the design of road and highway projects.
