Your Opportunity

Due to continuous growth and a focus on delivering for our clients, Mott MacDonald's Transport team are looking for Major Project Directors and Design Directors to be based in Brisbane and Sydney. You will join a diverse team of consultants who are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record guiding our clients, and lead the delivery of our state and country's most critical projects. As an experienced business leader in the transport field, you bring a strong client focus, commercial, and engineering project management skills, and extensive experience in the delivery of a range of large infrastructure projects.

About You

Join an organisation and assist in delivering some of the world's largest infrastructure projects, while making a positive change for those who need it most. As an experienced Technical Director, Design Director or Project Director in the Major Projects space, you bring a diverse background and qualifications in engineering/project management with exposure to the consulting environment managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

You enjoy and have extensive experience leading high function teams that deliver high standards for your clients and run effective projects. Your D&C, PPP and Alliance background and experience will be highly regarded as is delivering complex projects on time, within budget and whilst satisfising our clients' expectations.
