Your Opportunity

Due to continuous growth and a focus on delivering for our clients, Mott MacDonald's Transport team is looking for Road Geometric Designers at all levels to be based in Brisbane and Sydney. You will be joining a diverse team of consultants who are passionate about what they do, with a proven record of accomplishment guiding our clients, and leading delivery of our State and Country's most critical projects. With experience in the transport field, you will provide specialist input on geometric and general road design aspects for major highway projects across Queensland and interstate.

About You

You have a background in the design of roads and highway projects in a consulting environment, driving innovation, design excellence, and strong client engagement. You will work with the Digital leads both in QLD and across the greater Australian team to develop best-practice digital delivery methods, systems, and processes for infrastructure projects including the development of specific Digital Engineering (BIM, CAD, GIS & Data) guidance. Principal and Technical Directors will provide support to less experienced road and highway professionals to develop their careers within the industry.
