Your Opportunity

Due to continuous growth and a focus on delivering for our clients, Mott MacDonald's Transport team are looking for Senior Civil Engineers - Roads to be based in our Brisbane office. You will join a diverse team of consultants who are passionate about what they do, with a proven track record guiding our clients, and lead the delivery of our state and country's most critical projects.

In this role, you'll undertake and manage designs for the client's requirements. Managing and preparing designs, reports, specifications, and other deliverables for Road & Highway projects, ensuring they satisfy the required brief and expected levels of technical excellence. Liaising (meeting, communicating, corresponding, and coordinating) with internal Mott MacDonald teams, the external parties including sub- consultants, and ultimately with the Client seeking innovation in the delivery of schemes and techniques used to design and construct them. Producing designs and studies that consider the sustainability requirements of the network.

About you

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate hands on design experience and management of road/highways projects within a consultancy environment and can bring their knowledge and understanding of road/highways design software and processes. Lastly, you have a university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
